Puratek ships orders with Australia Post, Start Track, TNT Express and Northline.

Processing Orders

Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. All orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipped out as soon as possible (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Fee

We provide free standard delivery to Australian addresses.

* Orders for heavy items to Northern Territory and Tasmanian destinations may incur a shipping fee.

For bulk orders over 50kg or commercial orders please contact us directly at admin@puratek.com.au and we will provide the most economic shipping options for large orders, and will quote and invoice your business directly through our sales team.

Tracking an Order

We provide a tracking number for all parcels. You will receive an email verification with your tracking information after your order has been shipped.

Undeliverable Addresses

The shipping carrier attempts to deliver the parcel to the exact address the customer requested. However, if the address deemed undeliverable during delivery attempts, the parcel would require to be collected from one of the closest Post Office. If the parcel is not collected within one month from the designated Post Office, it will be returned back to Puratek as an undeliverable package. In this condition, please do not hesitate to contact us at admin@puratek.com.au to provide help and support for resolving the issue.

PO Box destinations cannot be used as delivery addresses as most couriers will not accept a PO Box address.
